The company has extensive training and development programs which range from on the job training to fully fledged development programs for Leadership and Management with external Universities.

ALC supports the local Government initiatives by regularly developing groups of individuals from the streets who has no prior experience and are enrolled into a SETA registered Learnership Program.

No Development programs will be complete without the Lifeskills and Social Responsibility plans, such as; HIV and AIDS awareness and Counselor programs.
